I doubled my Cbsl position prior to earnings release on belief earnings would be strong. While I am doing a decent job of late in predicting earnings I am not doing very well in predicting which stocks to ride. I believe based on what happened in other y2k stocks that issued additional shares that cbsl prices will not do much until the new 2.25 Million shares are absorbed. This increase in the float will ultimately benefit existing stockholders by making the stock more attractive to institutional investors. I think however I will sell all my cbsl afer a couple of days as I expect no major appreciation for a while due to the new shares.
