Bob, I think he is a wanna-be systems person. Anybody that has been around this business KNOWS that things can and will go wrong. To do what you guys did to transfer the whole system, in my mind, took a lot of real GUTS! You actually shut it down knowing that it may not come UP when plugged-in at the other end. Most of it worked! Thank God! I think that things are working pretty well considering what you have done! You have made a lot of corrections and put out a few fires. . . You have more to do. It might be a good idea to look at some of the systems he has been "In Charge of" to see how they are performing. Find out the track record of how he kept everyone happy all at the same time. . . how he never had any problems to solve because he was so perfect in the first place. You never can tell, he just might be the genius you've been looking for all these years! <g> Kidding, of course. I, for one, think you are doing a great job! Don't let the minority cause you any grief while the majority feel much like I do. Keep it up! You're doing good! Thank you, Joe
