Your two statements above confirm what I said earlier.....conservatives do not distinguish crimes based on their severity.

One of those statements is in direct contradiction to the claim that conservatives do not distinguish crimes based on severity. The other is just a mention that perjury is a serious crime. I didn't even say that perjury about murder should be treated less severely then perjury about sex. There is nothing in my statements to support your conclusions about them.

That's my point....judges and juries will distinguish between perjury in a sex issue and perjury in a murder issue. Conservatives don't.....perjury is perjury.

I think its brought up a lot now because the WMD have not been found. That's what makes its authenticity suspect.

By saying its authenticity is suspect are you in effect stating that the benefit of ridding the world and esp. the Iraqi people of a tyrant like Saddam didn't even enter in to the equation??

Last fall? Hardly.......I don't deny it was brought up but it was not the issue that won over the Amer. people....it was the threat of Saddam's WMD.

Excuse me, why am I having to tell you this.....were you out of the country or something last fall? You act as if this is news. Its not!
