BWAC, thanks for the interesting compilation. If none of the 16 'sell' stocks convert to 'buy', but the 84 'buy' stocks continue to rise, bpNDX will stay at 84%. It's important to realize that. NDX can rise further without bpNDX changing. BTW all bp except the DOW rose today. stockcharts.com Gottfried
