Resolute Funds change:
On January 31 I posted Tom Stanley held 1,702,224 shares
of DMX at the end of November.

To calculate this you go to www.resolutefunds.com. Hit
the 'performance' page and go to the link at the globe
for their performance.

Once there you pick off the total value of the fund
88.73 million, then you go to the bottom of the page to
see how much is in equities versus cash (97.9% equities
now highest I've seen).

This allows you to calculate the value of equities held
March 31 (86.87 million). Now you multiply the 7.1% held
in Dimethaid and you get 6,167,533 and you now divide
that by the closing price March 31 (2.20) which tells
you Tom Stanley held 2,803,424 shares at the end of March.

From my calculations over the last few months the DMX
position has increased substantially over the last few
months.

Note too that Mr Stanley generally has a 10% cap on any
one stock. Add the 700,000 shares to exercise and you
nicely fit inside that at an 8.9% weighting.

Changes can be tracked after April 30.

I'm sure the reception that HC approval was received is
good just as I'm sure that's not why he holds almost
3 million shares and has been buying.

I notice also the minimum initial investment has now
changed to $50,000 from $25,000.
