:-) they WERE! Am on a little bit of a high myself. I am not surprised you like the Taiku drummers. They are fantastic and full of life. What an exciting thing to take up! If you like Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera make sure you see Frida- the movie, it is released next week to video (if I remember right). I saw it at the theatre because I am a huge fan of her work, and of his. Your run last night sounds a bit surreal- in all the best ways. Really amazing events often have that edge of unreality- you know what I mean? Special evenings, or events, sometimes they transcend the natural order of our lives. Let me know how it feels to be fitted with your drum.
