Clinton did a pretty good job of cleaning up messes that Bush Sr. left behind. Since Iraq was relatively quiet it probably seemed prudent to consentrate on the open warfare and original Voodoo economic recession.

You have a short memory. Junior's sending of troops to kill and be killed for his personal profit is the most vile thing that has happened in a century.
