Fair enough. You meant what you said - that Nixon wound the war down. And he did. Naturally, though, you omit/deny the crucial facts that show Nixon's extraordinary reluctance to wind the war down, until he finally succumbed to the will of the people of the U.S.

your statement concerning approval of the bombing of Cambodia is indisputably false.

If it is "indisputably false", why don't you dispute it? Quite clearly, Nixon kept those actions secret from Congresss because he knew Congress would not approve.
