I think that your reply, "EVERTHING you do, including what you do in your bedroom with consenting adults, is now my business. Because if what you do is bad for your health, it comes right out of my pocket" means that what people eat is now your business.

What would you specifically propose to do about that, in terms of the welfare (eg medicare) now given to fat old people, poor and not poor?
