Sure it may be construed that the vessels in the tractor trailers may be capable of producing anthrax. I could produce some anthrax too in a small jar with some nutrient media, inoculating it with some seed anthrax and growing it in an incubator. IMO the thing was cooked up by pentagon/CIA officials to give the impression that such facilities have to be nefarious in nature because they're mobile. The fact of the matter remains that the trailers have not yet been investigated by an impartial party, one that doesn't have a strong stake in finding a smoking gun. Until that happens, NOBODY IN THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY BELIEVES THAT THEY WERE USED FOR PRODUCING BIO-WEAPONS.
