How do you know when it will save lives? It's possible Castro's overthrow of Bautista did just that. Or Khomeini's overthrow of the Shah. Neither Bautista nor the Shah were exactly nice guys. Where does the line get drawn here? Much is being made in the British press of the Mugabe regime in Zimbabwe. Shall it be overthrown? On the African continent, preactically any country you pick has a gov't that could justifiably be subject to "regime change". What of NK? That certainly seems a good candidate. Syria? Comunist China? Would there ever be peace again?
