Whether Bear, Stearns & Co or any other party manipulated shares of Gum Tech or any other company is of absolutely no consequence to the value of Matrixx Initiatives or the fundamentals of Matrixx. It is a reflection on Bear Stearns if they are indeed guilty of the charges, but it is in no way a reflection on any company that they allegedly manipulated. By the way, you posted the citation. Do you know if a judgement was ever entered against Bear Stearns or any other party in that lawsuit?

I found the following quote in the citation particularly applicable to you and your friends.

It is generally accepted that securities with ADV's that do not exceed 200,000 shares per day are more prone to manipulation than securities that trade on higher ADV's. Most of the Manipulated Securities recorded low ADVs for a material part of the Class Period.

You and your buddies haven't tried to manipulate this security lately, have you? Have you tried to manipulate any other small cap stocks that trade less than 200,000 shares a day? Isn't that one of your primary criteria for targeting a company? What's up with the last second dumps on the bid nearly every day? You think nobody has noticed? By the way, the only logical reason for anyone to short 220,000 shares of this stock last month in the 6.50 to 7.00 price range is to try to manipulate it or protect their position. You idiots didn't count on the demand meeting your supply, did you? Go ahead and sell all you want. There are plenty of buyers taking advantage of you. Once you've sold all you can or want, your little game of manipulation will backfire on you.

Now if you will excuse me, I am going to put you on ignore. You will become only the second person that I have ever placed on ignore in all my years on Silicon Investor. I took the last guy off a while back because he eventually stopped posting garbage, presumably because he was smart enough to cover his short position in this stock and move on. Good bye, Floyd. You may continue going deeper in the hole by shorting more shares and posting garbage on the Internet. One day you too will get smart and cover your short in this stock and stop posting here. Hopefully for your sake you will do it before you take a beating, but you don't appear smart enough for that.
