Are there any UN resolutions relating to the clearance of these Jewish settlements?

Yes, sure there are. The UN never recognized the reunification of Jerusalem, or made a distinction between land which was returned to Jewish owners, and new settlements. Basically, apart from 242 (which, don't forget, all the Arab states and the PLO rejected out of hand for twenty years because it spoke of recognized borders for all states in the region), the UN agreed with the Arab's post-67 attitude that the Green Line had suddenly become sacred.
