No brian ...
you once again failed to catch the one question I asked , and rambled off a bit ...like a mustard seed blowin in the wind .
it was :
"Where does that light come from"?
and as for creation , of course it didn't "just happen" , but explaining it by God , still must be delved into and understood . Now back to the question of the "light", which was the first thing your Lord created ..
where does it comes from ?
*If you answer from the brain and nervous system and spinal column (75,000mis of it ) , you are getting very close to understanding the "reality" of it all. If I have the "light" i have Jesus whether Christian or no , but there is more to life than just this or that teaching , none of which were original , not even from the lips of the young rabbai you so admire. That Jesus ministered to the sick and infirmed , and the diseased makes him rather unique for his day as they were considered untouchables and unclean by the righteous of the time. Buddha was doing the same thing just a few hundred years before as well with the Brahmins....at some point you must look clearly and squarely at the "actions" of your friend Jesus , and not embellish them with all the miracle crap , though his sincerity, idealism , and passionate focus seem not to be in question by anyone . Like all idealistic youth of anytime ...but a bit older and wiser i think, and trained ascetic.
Picture Jesus with his sleaves rolled up , like a doctor ready to operate , or a firefighter ready to go put out a fire , or a kind teacher bent on instructing his pupils out of ignorance , or other dedicated person on a mission of mercy . That's your Jesus .
Not the winged fellow flying around with the angels, which is ok , if you understand it is a component within all of us to have . Not all men are evil , that's pure crap.
congratulations |
