dear dimwit sociopath, do a search; I personally know someone who is the recipient of these bonus bucks. What am I supposed to do, write his name...You looneytoon idiots ask for personal info on a public forum while you hide behind dufus pseudonyms or initials...geeze....what jerks you wingers are.... Believe it or don't. Oh, I left out the part where they also get a government credit card with which to charge their SF apartments if they live out of town.... call SF city hall, ask them....they'll tell you...or maybe they'll just lock you up.
