Jim, Been there and done that. That is why I don't day trade much. I have opened position, left for a meeting and ended up underwater in a position when I got back. On the other hand I don't know how day traders do it day in and day out. I don't have that level of concentration to be watching multiple screens all day. All that green and red updating every 20 seconds gives me a headache.
