The Iraqi trailers may have been expensive to build. That would explain why they were not destroyed, but converted to civilian use. They may be over engineered, but the cost was already sunk and so the incremental cost to use them was low, and certainly preferable to scrapping them.

Trying to pass these off as mobil weapon laboratories when there is no indication they were ever used for growing any kind of bacteria is just another fraud on the American people and the world.
