Housing bubble burst in early 1990's California Sacramento and Los Angeles was about 20 - 25%. Overbuilt condos and townhouses bubble burst of the 1980's oil boomtowns Houston and Denver was much worse, from banks excess repos inventory that were sold by blocks at 25 cents to the dollar.
