C'mon, have you read anything about the changes this country went though during WW2? It is the natural progression of a country to pull back and tighten security after getting kicked in the nutz.
As for complaints about treatment of Muslims. We have mosques here in NJ that have been preaching pro Al Queda crap since the 80s. The first WTC bombing was planned in a Jersey City mosque. On 9/11, crowds of Muslims were cheering in the streets of Patterson NJ and in Brooklyn NY, until they realized the impact this would have nation wide, then they shut the F*** up. Is it wrong for a govt, hit twice on its own soil to get fed up and try rooting out its enemies? I don't think you realize how brazen some anti American muslims were, right here in this country. How about all of the Al Queda funding from within our country that has been rooted out, is this a myth? I'm not saying all muslims are against us, I bought Bagles from an Egyptian guy yesterday morning. He is OK, he runs a business, doesn't spend his time bit**ing about the infadels. The locals here love him. He has bought into our country, very successfully.
Bin Laden made a big mistake on 9/11. Until then we never took these enemies serious. I thank God we have a President that is at least willing to put an end to this stuff, before it ends up being something like a nuke in lower Manhattan. |
