John, I agree with the poster on the intel thread, you just want to hear yourself talk. Explain to me why options are not offered for new issues. There has to be a reason, can't be for lack of interest. I put this Google issue up on this board months ago and never received any sort of sufficient answer, other than the response from mindmeld which is the only answer to the options issue for IPOs, imo. Investors will have to ignore these "expenses" for new issues, and company management will pay a severe price for being evaluated as "hot". Is that the way we as the US want to do business? Sounds like the french style of capitalism to me and I don't like it.
