To All Interested: I have been reading all your postings from the sideline and have found them to be very informative. I am an investor in E-Data... have purchased a few thousand shares around $3.00 and look forward to purchasing some more at this price or lower. One of the key issues to this Patent is the prior art. Quite frankly, there is no prior art that meets all the requirements of the Patent. According to my reaserch the encoding and deconding of the information simply didn't exist. This patent is very, very specific. It is not broad by any means. It is for a very specific way of reproducing and distributing the information. As to the Patent's author.... check him out. This is no fly by night character. He owns a number of patents. God just read his patent and try to come up with that stuff 10 years ago. Just in case I am wrong... I am researching the Patent with a few very good Patent lawyers. I'll keep you posted on their thoughts. Yes, be prepared for a bumpy ride, but the rewards could be astronomical.
