The mass graves in Iraq are proof only of the way Bushes conduct foriegn policy, and that is badly. These are the graves of those who Bush Sr. told to rise up and fight Saddam. He then watched them get slaughtered as if it were the Harvard-Yale football game.

Just after coalition troops routed Iraq from Kuwait in 1991 the first President Bush urged Iraqis to overthrow Saddam Hussein.

When Shiites in Basra, including Almaliky did it, he was shot and the U.S. was no help.

"We were going to be covered by the Air Force, American Air Force and supported even after we had taken control of the city, we expected troops to get in. Nothing of that happened," Almaliky said.

Instead, Almaliky said Saddam Hussein was allowed to unleash scud missiles and bury the U.S.-encouraged revolt. The Shiites still don't trust the U.S.
