ALL, Re: Earnings report and Novastan schedule -
I spoke with the company rep. today. Report is not coming out today, they do not release in advance the report date. All he could tell me is that they are required to file their 10 Q by Aug 14th. He also said they don't do conference calls.
Re Novastan: Still plan to complete their FDA filing in August. FDA has 45 days after that, he thinks, to accept or reject the filing. FDA also can grant expedited review process or not. If the expedited review is granted, he estimates additional six months minimum before final approval and marketability of Novastan.
So we are looking at mid-April, 98, before this product can hit the market. It's going to take more than Novastan to move this stock much soon. Although the acceptance of the filing and granting of expedited review could certainly help some, even that result won't available til as long as mid-October.
Let's hope the earnings come in at or above the expected -0.21, or it could be a cold winter for TXB. (BTW, I am considerably into TXB and definitely don't want to be a wet blanket, I just can't put any positive spin on this.)
