I agree and successfully got it killed on iHub when it was showing there, and have emailed the ad agency to get it stopped here. Not only is it utterly classless and annoying, it has a certain smell about it I don't care for.

I've stepped through most of the ads at ValueClick trying to find this one so I can exclude it myself, but haven't had any luck.
