You can commit securities fraud and the SEC is just too busy to go after you. Look at NPCT, JGMHA and all the many, many scammy companies out there that committ securities fraud daily. They are commiting fraud. They're just not being sued and convicted yet. Look at how long Enron was allowed to commit fraud without being caught. I did not say he was a convicted criminal. I said he committed fraud. He aided and abeted stock promoters who have been sued for fraud. He helped fleece investors. He's a smart kid. He knew they were bad investments. He lost money on his first investment. He learned how to dd. I guess he thought next time he'll fleece someone else instead of being fleeced himself.

Yes, Matt and Bob should be talking to their lawyers. I'm sure their ex or should I say current partner probably is.
