WMD in Iran? Weren't we told they got snuck across the border into Syria? Clearly, the Administration didn't anticipate the need for a fall-back position; they haven't got a consistent Pary Line to sell us yet. The sad thing is, having "cried wolf" in Iraq, any real threats won't be believed now. Once credibility is shredded, it takes forever to rebuild.
