If they did that, how could they possibly have charged anyone anything? Do you send money to all the ISPs that you don't use? You must have missed the part where one subsidiary would close a plant for maintenance in an area that had plenty of power. They would schedule a transfer power from someplace like L.A. that didn't have enough power. Then a different subsidiary would would offer to supply L.A. with the shortage at a premium pice, but all they would really do is get the first subsidiary to not pull the power out of L.A. in the first place. Money for nothing, and California gets scr*wed. How can someone who allegedly lives in the area be so uninformed? You must have clearchannel radio permantly implanted in your fillings. TP
