Hey NDB...was that you who bought on the opening at $2.50? Seriously...wonder why that "buy" went through...did you also note the 50k buy at $2.40 earlier in the day AFTER the news of the convert was released? Interesting price action today...all over the charts...really don't think that the majority know(s) what to make of the convert news. If one thinks about the total number of shares...10million...not that many in the scheme of things I am told. My guess is that the "markets" know very little about MRVC, and that when convertibles are issued the reflex action is to look suspiciously at the company and management that does the issuing. Also, others have noted in the past that MRVC management is not "trusted" "on the street". I have no way of assessing the veracity of such statement....but several possible reasons why the stock is a bit weak today. M1
