Thomas,

I worry about RNAI's option and warrant overhang. I can't find any sign of a lock-up agreement for the new shares held by VC. The options, at least, don't vest for another couple of months. The IP and delivery issues are murky. At the moment, I'm seeing a lot more hype than substance in RNAI, and I think the VC will be very tempted to lighten up at these prices, now that ASCO is behind us. I don't know of any presentations by the company at ASCO. I would think RNAI would have issued a PR by now, if there were any.

In a nutshell, I've just opened it for discussion on the biotech short candidate thread, and if I held any in real life, I would be taking my profits.

BTW, another person that follows it, and that has some scientific expertise, is Bernard (Jibacoa). He can also give you a TA opinion on it.

Cheers, Tuck
