My only concern about PRIA has been insider sales. Insiders sold 65,000 shares in May and registered to sell an additional 15,000 in June. While it's not a huge amount, I wonder why insiders would be selling at all given PRIA's terrific prospects.

Carl, next time you talk to your pals at PRIA, can you ask them about the insider sales? I'd be curious what they have to say. (BTW, all sales were at 30 or above so their timing was good.)
