Is it moral and ethical for company representatives to post here without declaring their connections? More to the point, do we like it? How does it reflect on the honesty of a company which chooses such an under-handed approach?

Proposed, tentative, draught-version Rule #1 for IR SI presence;

TELL US WHO YOU ARE.

It does seem reasonable to expect that many posters will be suspected of being company plants, probably many more than actually are, right? Many shareholders have strong feelings about their stocks, and are a lot less inhibited by securities law. So there will be more accusations than convictions, imho.....
