Hi Joel, be patient! It takes time to promote an old currency, set up the retail infrastructure, and replace mattress stuffing with metallic bricks. It would be funny if the officialdom seconds the cellular phone shops to do the job ... installing alarm systems, safes, accounting systems, daily armored car deliveries.
