We, as citizens, will have to learn to peep ourselves, in order for anything to change. I certainly don't want to invade Africa (although you can certainly make a better humanitarian case for an invasion there, than we did for Iraq- I mean limbs of children hacked off and eaten in front of their mothers? Hello world- anyone care?), but we need to voice our displeasure on some sort of Richter like scale- imo- with the brutality and horror of this situation registering a 9. Geez- where are all those great humanitarians who were so worried about the Iraqis? I don't want to minimize the insanity of Saddam- but gosh- Africa is so much worse.
