Recycling Industries, Inc. Announces Management Changes

ENGLEWOOD, Colorado, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Recycling Industries, Inc., (Nasdaq:RECY) announced today that as part of a restructuring of its operating management team Thomas J. Wiens, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has reassumed the duties of President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Wiens said that the Company is negotiating with experienced industry executives to replace Michael I. Price who formerly held those positions. Mr. Price continues as a director of the Company.

Recycling Industries, Inc., is a full-service metals recycling firm actively pursuing the acquisition and integration of privately-owned metals recycling companies. In addition to ferrous and non-ferrous metals, it also processes to a lesser extent, paper and plastics. Based in Englewood, Colorado, the company currently owns and operates nine metals recycling facilities in Nevada, Texas, Iowa, Missouri, Georgia, and South Carolina.
