Well, Janet, before you use the chemicals, consider where the little mouselets will keel over.

Part II of the story was this.

penni: What happens to the mice when they eat this poison?

Mighty Professional: They get very thirsty and die.

penni: And where do they die?

MP: they'll go outside for water.

penni: They're going to open the door and let themselves out?

MP: No--they go out the way they got in-

penni: You think Blue is going to carry them out in his mouth?

MP (rolls eyes) No-they'll leave through the attic

penni(rolls her eyes) They're not IN the attic-they're in my kitchen.

MP: (someewhat maliciously) Then they'll die there.

penni: What about their corpses?

MP: They're small. They won't smell for long.

And they didn't ---but there was a slight odor, although in my house, that's nothing unusual and no one seemed to notice.

Really loved your post--cracked up at the action figures---do I know about action figures.....we have a whole box of He-Man in the attic--at least 80 of them... hoping they'll be antiques someday...
