Velo is on the road and can't seem to post or get into his site to update. I sent him an email and he replied. He sent the message below. Everything will be back to normal on Wednesday.
From Velo:
"Also, it looks like the market hit its targets today and then fell back. I
can't get a lot of charts, but we either hit the high Monday or will retest it
within the next day or so. Everything is still going as outlined except the
target was hit one day sooner."
