Huey, except for 1996, I have essentially the same percentages -- none exact, however. (I believe you forgot to split-adjust shares for years prior to 2000.)

Of the companies I track, I am most unsure about my SEBL numbers .. because SEBL restates more than others. For example, Tom Seibel's option grants for 1999, 2000, and 2001 were apparently voided during 2002 .. based on "[edit: An American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees ("AFSCME") proposal ] does not reflect that all outstanding stock options currently held by Mr. Siebel were granted prior to February 1998 .. " statement made in this years's Notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders. That was a total of 19.95 million shares presumably accounted for by forfeiture and cancellation. That action is undoubtedly a large part of the reason why option grants for 2002 were _only_ 1.3% of shares outstanding?

Regards, Ron
