Where was the SEC in year 2000 when I owned over 250 Put contracts, as well as being short IBM stock? I was so sure that the quality of IBM's earnings were poor, and posted my thoughts here many times. The SEC'S tardiness cost me a lot of money. Do I stand a chance of recovering any of my loses?
