try Symantec's Klez removal instructions again

Thanks for the help. I have run this and found 8 more instances of Klez. The "bounce-back" emails have now reduced from 2,000 plus per day to 15 this AM.

The thing is none of the "bounce-backs" are email messages to people in his address book. Outlook Express does not report any new "sent" messages either.

If this is spoofing, is it coincidental that traffic has droppped off so dramatically? I will keep monitoring this.
