Mistakes are self correcting if you continue to gather information and compare and contrast that to what has already been learned. The neocon way as championed by Rumsfeld seems to be to form a conclusion, then to selectively pick fragments of data that support it. When that breaks down, just ignore that data and pick up a new set of justifications. TP
