the buggy problems are an extension of my stated issue, whereby QC is nonexistent at Microschaft

you bring up a great other point about doc sets
two poor substitutes have taken their place
let's face it, doc sets are great but expensive to produce

online HELP is one method now, which I find satisfactory at best, covering the typical problems well but the unusual not at all

800-number phone support is the other, which is entirely unsatisfactory
I have had good luck with AOL's phone support recently though
but many tell me of 30-min waits, even 2-hr waits for Microscheiss

here is a stern comment:
with lagging QC in US software development, esp since the PC monopoly by Microfuche, we are left vulnerable to Indian excellence in SW development
India has much much higher QC standards in development
I fully support exports to India, undermining Microsucks
