Yeah, Krugman is the lead dog in the pack at the moment. As KL said in a response to your post, WMD will resonate only if things go wrong in Iraq to a large degree. We are losing about one soldier a day right now. That adds up to 400 or 500 dead by the next election if we don't get it stopped. That would be a possible tipping point.

Right now, none of the Dem candidates want to pursue Krugman's line. You will probably see this brought up quite a bit this weekend at the far left convention of Dems in Washington.
