i'm trying to understand why anybody cares about a 35 million dollar lawsuit when they have a market cap of 32 billion. Intel has a 136 billion market cap for chrissake. They sell options equal to double that every stinkin' month. Whether they include that as revenue well i would think they would because well. It is revenue. you sell the stock (or options) and put it in your coffer and you made the money. What is the big deal. i thought everybody understand that concept. Oh well. Wall street look you in the eye while they drool on your shoe.
