There were a lot of people in the CIA, and the State Dept., and the military, who have always been sceptical of the Cabal's claims. And those claims were so numerous, and so specific. It's going to make this harder to spin than, say, Iran-Contra. But then, if Clinton could talk his way out of lies about stains on Monica's dress, Bush may get away with this, too.
