Liberal equivalents of Rush in terms of making attacks on the other side are a dime a dozen. Sometimes it seems like the majority of liberals attack at least as hard as Rush does. Savage is a bit more exception in terms of the frequency and harshness of his attacks. I can't think of a liberal on a talk or news show who is as harsh (but that doesn't mean there isn't one). If you want someone doesn't talk quite as often because he doesn't have his own talk show you could look to James Carville, Al Sharpton and others. You can also look to the adds the NAACP ran comparing Bush's opposition to certain forms of affirmative action to a brutal racially inspired murder. And of course there are the attacks on this thread. Almost everyday I hear or read, or hear about liberals calling Bush an idiot, a drunk and/or a liar, statements about how the Republicans are a bunch of racists or how NRA members are a bunch of violent rednecks. I even read posts about how Bush is supposedly a danger to Democracy and freedom in the US and that his attitudes are similar to the Nazis before they seized power and built death camps.
