well the 70% ins I deal with usually within 2 1/2-4 weeks the 28% OR SO MEDICAID/MEDICARE has an electronic 2week turnaround as I'm a preferred provider...But I have little overhead, the owner of the bldg I lease some 2300 sq feet wife and grandson were patients of mine before I went solo so I got a real good deal it's a relatively new bldg he bought about 5-6 yrs old and I was able to design the layout and he built it to my specs all for about 3.5K month, no where else in this town can I get that price for sq ft...not even close...he's got ~ 60Mil and owns casino's in Missip, stores in Ark an Fla. as well as a ton of property and stores here in Missou...flys his own jet etc and he's 70+ but a real nice christian man... so I can afford to be helpful as I remember those that helped me- you trully reap what you sow..
