It starts about 10 minutes and 40 seconds after the beginning of the program so you can fast forward to that point if you wish. Chompsky does a very good job of explaining the hows and whys of the "conservative" efforts to destroy democracy in this country and destroy schools and social institutions such as medicare and social security.
