Volume is due to 2nd round and the usual frenzy following. Has quieted down considerably, but has pushed volume up way past levels of this spring. A new sales team is being built -- all the old are soon to be gone. No silver bullet here -- they need some sales success, referenceable customers, a REAL partner channel that is supported and works. Usually, the team that gets you to the game is not the one that can win it for you -- this would seem to be the case here. They are lucky in finding executives with track records that are willing to come take the risk of joining -- but it speaks to the potential here.
