Interesting is synergy with Doxil (in addition to platinum based drugs, tubulin agents, gamcitabine, and others), as it open opportunity for second line ovarian and breast cancer that progressed on carboplatin/taxotere.

Overall, those who thought that Velcade would be limited to hematology were dead wrong.
