It will be difficult indeed for you to back up the assertion that "social democracy did not harm Sweden, or Western Europe in general." It is an unprovable assertion which cannot be based in fact and which shouldn't be stated as fact as you have. Obviously, whatever the measure, one should have to replay history differently to prove a case either way, and that can't be done. I suspect that there have been strong arguments made showing likely and specific negative effects of the absence of freedoms in Sweden and Western Europe in general. But to assert that such arguments have no weight and no harm has been done, is a far bolder position, IMO, which flies in the face of my belief that Freedom Works. If the complexity of empirical data altered the validity of this natural truism, it would become a relevant case buster for me.
